Dr. Rahul Jain MD, CCFP, MScCH (HPTE) is an academic Family Physician and Hospitalist at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre. He is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Family and Community Medicine at the University of Toronto. He completed his Masters of Science in Community Health - Health Practitioner Teacher Education and has been a fortunate recipient of several awards in teaching, innovation, and continuing education. His academic interests include medical education, faculty development, knowledge translation and implementation of clinical practice guidelines related to diabetes and cardiovascular health, and several other scholarly activities having impact at a local, national and international level. He is the co-chair of the Canadian Cardiovascular Harmonized National Guidelines Endeavour (C-CHANGE), CHEP+ Scientific Review Committee, and the annual CHEP+ Conference: C-CHANGE Clinical Practice Guidelines Update for healthcare providers attracting hundreds of attendees.
