Objectives
As a result of attending this session, participants will be able to:
- Identify a patient at high risk for cardiovascular disease (CVD)
- Formulate a treatment plan for cardiovascular risk reduction using the C-CHANGE guidelines, focusing on lipid management
- Communicate and initiate the treatment plan to reduce cardiovascular risk in patients at high risk for CVD
